MindShift Gym is a welcoming community focused on helping people of all ages and abilities connect to the importance of movement at every stage of their well-being journey. As children, we move playfully, free from constraints and concerns. But as adults, our movement often becomes a series of goal-based checkboxes, and we lose sight of the simple joy that moving brings to our lives.
To break that cycle, we offer fun, novel activities that encourage every body to find movement that fits their abilities and rekindles that joy in their daily lives. We don’t ask you to meet the movement; we adapt the movement to meet you. All of our classes—from introductory to advanced—are designed with a primary focus on technique and safety. We also provide specialized paths for those rediscovering movement after an injury, including Low-Impact Parkour and PKSilver©, which helps participants build confidence through body awareness, balance, and agility.
Not convinced Parkour is your thing? We offer an ever-evolving schedule of engaging opportunities, including dance, tumbling, Hammock Yoga, Aerial Silks, Hula Hoop, and more. At MindShift, you can (re)learn to move playfully and with curiosity as you build the mobility, stability, and functional confidence you deserve in a safe, instructor-led environment.
